David has been in the IT/Telecommunications industry for over 25 years and has lived and worked in New York, UK, Europe, South Africa, China, Singapore and now Cambodia.

David was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Digiquant Asia Pte Ltd. With responsibility for all operations in the Asia Pacific region. Digiquant provides software to provision, manage, impose call rates and calculate customer useage and charges applicable for all Internet services offered by the Telco/ISP/Service Provider and Utility providers. (Cisco is a major investor in Digiquant).

David is a citizen of St.Vincent and the Grenadines and still has his beach house on Bequia (www.bequia.co.uk), and is also a British citizen and has permanent resident status for Singapore.
