THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER SHEENA

We got an overdose of America's Next Top Model and stopped reviewing it. Now they are airing an all-star edition titled series 17 featuring contestants from the past from all of the series that didn't win but were fan favorites that are competing against each other. We're mentioning it only because our all time favorite Top Model and only full blooded Asian that we're aware of that has ever been featured as a contestant Sheena Sakai is in the cast.

Sakai's edge is that she has a colorful, sparkling personality. Her Asian heritage is being half Chinese and Japanese. She grew up in Hawaii and now chooses to live in the black section of New York City, Harlem. Sakai gives the impression that she is a wild child. Her past includes being a dancer at a bar and showing a lot of skin. Ohhhh My!!!

If you're a fan of Sakai's then get your TV tuned in tonight Saturday November 12th (in Southeast Asia) for the second episode of this series as it will be her last since she will be been eliminated. As she said there will never be another Sheena and she is spot on with her appraisal of herself as she's one of a kind.

Sakai has lost a lot of weight and appears more angular than when she finished in 6th place in Cycle 11 when the show was filming in Amsterdam. The new look is not as appealing as her previous appearance following her being a dancer in Hawaii and then moving to the US. She now looks too thin. Sheena will be gone but for us… not forgotten. As far as the series is concerned we will forget it as we've OD'd on the America's Next Top Model and the excess exposure of the shows creator and host Tyra Banks. The bottom line is WE LOVE SHEENA. GO GIRL…

NOTE:

This episode has aired in America and Canada where was it is televised eight weeks in advance as the episode that is presented in this region.

CAN SHAQUILLE O'NEAL DEFEAT THE TERMINATOR?

In the mid nineties when Shaquille O'Neal was a member of the Orlando Magic I asked him what he would like to do in his life after basketball. The seven foot giant replied that he would like to do a Terminator film with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Since that time we wrote about his entertainment business aspirations. He went on to record some rap songs while he continued to play in the NBA.

Beginning in 1993 O'Neal began to compose rap music. He released five studio albums and 1 compilation album. Although his rapping abilities were criticized at the outset, one critic credited him with "progressing as a rapper in small steps, not leaps and bounds". His 1993 debut album, Shaq Diesel, received platinum certification from the RIAA. O'Neal was featured alongside Michael Jackson as a guest rapper on "2 Bad," a song from Jackson's 1995 album HIStory.

In a very controversial move O'Neal was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers that brought about some complaints about tampering. It was when he moved to Hollyweird that he began his acting career while rubbing shoulders with Lakers fans who were involved in the entertainment business.

O'Neal involvement in the acting business was not successful. O'Neal played John Henry Irons/Steel in a movie based on the popular superhero Steel. O'Neal was also a character in the movie Blue Chips with Nick Nolte. O'Neal reportedly wanted a role in the film X2 (the second in the X-Men film series), but was ignored by the filmmakers.

The most memorable O'Neal film was Steel in which amazingly since one could understand his speech as from our experience in the past he usually mumbled.

O'Neal has been a member of four NBA title teams three times with the Los Angeles Lakers and once with the Miami Heat. One of his crowning glories was being a member of the Gold medal winning USA Dream team in the 1996 Olympics. He is now retired and has a job as a TV analyst for a major TV network in America.

The problem is with the league on strike and the players locked out O'Neal is out of work thus this is an ideal time for him to get it on a fulfill his dream of going up against Schwarzenegger who is also out of work following his term as California governor and his personal life torn to shreds after it was disclosed that he had a child with his maid and his wife left him. Basically he needs to find something to do. Since the Schwartz and O'Neal aka Superman are jobless wouldn't it be interesting to see this film made.

Since O'Neal's statement Schwarzenegger made several films and then went into the political field with mixed results that were largely negative. The situation (sorry Jersey Shore) was that both were busy doing other things and the two getting together on the big screen for a Terminator film was out of the question. That was then but this is now. With both being free this is the perfect time to get this project underway.

Schwarzenegger's news for an extramarital affair and fathering a child with one of his former house staff members 14 years ago tarnishes any ambition for him to continue in politics.

In January 2011, just weeks after leaving office in California, Schwarzenegger announced that he was reading several new scripts for future films, one of them being the World War II action drama With Wings as Eagles, written by Randall Wallace, based on a true story. Of the scripts, Arnold said, "Currently I'm reading three scripts. One topic/script, which I considered a long time ago before governor, is delighting me particularly. In it I would play an older [German] soldier, who gets the order at the ending of the war to kill a bunch of kids. But he doesn't do it and get them to safety at the risk of his life and it has all kind of adventure. This script is based on a true story!"

On February 11, 2011, Schwarzenegger officially announced that he is returning to acting. On March 6, 2011, at the Arnold Seminar of the Arnold Classic, Schwarzenegger revealed that he was being courted for more than fifteen films, including sequels to The Terminator and remakes of Predator and The Running Man, and that he was "packaging" a comic book character. The character was later revealed to be the Governator, star of the comic book and animated series of the same name. Schwarzenegger inspired the character and co-developed it with Stan Lee, who will produce the series. Schwarzenegger will also voice the Governator. On May 5, 2011, it was reported that Schwarzenegger had signed on to the drama film Cry Macho.

O'Neal's basketball career has come to and end due to numerous injuries and his sell by use date has expired as he is now 39-years-old years-old. Though this is our idea that we generated over 15 years ago it is now doable due to their availability.

Think about it wouldn't it be interesting to see a 7'1" 315lb (2.16/12.9) goliath O'Neal go after a former body building champion Arnold Schwarzenegger? With both being high profile figures having a built in International following it's a box office hit waiting to happen. Stay tuned... you heard it here first.
