LIES AND DECEPTION COME INTO PLAY

Some of the current group of ARA contestants are starting to form alliances but two teams who boast of themselves as being party girls and rebel pals are playing dirty tricks and making enemies. Though they are representing the Philippines Australian transplants Jacinta James and Lani Pillinger and Singapore Rebel Pals Claire Goh and Michelle S. Ng have been have been doing things on the sly with deception and lies.

Go and Ng had airline employees lie to other teams that there were no seats on the plane forcing the other teams to take a later flights. James and Pillinger went into a planes cockpit and talked the pilot into delaying another plane. In the world of ethics it's conduct worthy of elimination but somehow later encouraged by the shows host Alan Wu.

Targets of the no seats indecent Indian actresses Sunaina Gulia and Dimple Inamdar didn't forget. The actresses were leading the second leg of the race and at the yield sign they chose to yield the party girls.

The rebel ladies were delayed and had to wait until the hour glass drained its sand. The salty ladies were upset and exclaimed in anger, "We didn't even do anything to you, you ####!!!@@@!" . From this point on over the final eight legs of the race the HEAT IS ON between these two teams.

The actresses finished first and the rebel pals 7th. Their karma is against them as much as they apply lies and deception they have only finished 3rd and 7th in the first two legs of the race.

When they arrived at the pit stop host Wu said, "Are those targets on your head? You are the first team to be yielded in the race. You two are a very strong team weather you like hearing that or not."

The party girls aren't doing so well dirty tricks or not as they finished 7th in this leg of the race and had 8th place finishes for the first two legs of the race.

In complementing a team with questionable ethics it raises the question is Wu partying with the Singapore rebel pals? Wu could use an ethics adjustment. The shows network AXN is based in Singapore.

The Australia Network

The Australia Network is offering some interesting programming this week. In addition to the 26 week series Future Express other eye catchers for this week are Surviving Disaster - Eruption at Mt St. Helens and Future Express - Turkey - Rejected Love

Future Express - Turkey - Rejected Love

In Rejected Love, the Future Express listens to the stories of train travelers in Turkey, en route from Istanbul on the west coast to Kars in the extreme eastern part of the country. Turkey belongs to one of the fastest growing economies of the world. After a long period of reforms and efforts to appease the demands of the West, the Turks are asking themselves when Europe will finally accept them as a full partner.

The founder of modern Turkey was given the honorary title Atatürk, father of the Turks, by his people. Seventy years after his death, the president has an almost mythical status, with his portrait being very present on trains. One of the train travelers depicts Turkey as a beautiful woman, in love with her friend Europe, but being rejected by him repeatedly. Why does Europe not see her beauty?

The Future Express series which airs weekly at 5 PM and 9:PM - Tuesdays in the Thailand/Cambodia time zones and repeats at noon the following day (Wednesday).

The series interviews passengers on trains who talk about their personal lives, country and customs. The production style is interesting as only the passenger is heard as the questions are not included in the piece. The show travels the world and visits more than 26 countries on six continents. In the initial program they traveled through Chile. On two occasions they got off the train to visit the family with the passenger. The same format was applied in shows to Russia and Australia. Future Express is directed by Rob Hof.

Surviving Disaster - Eruption at Mt St. Helens

This massive eruption devastated the surrounding area and killed 57 people, including volcanologist David Johnston who was monitoring the volcano. But scientists are now able to predict possible eruptions within weeks or even days.
