Iran President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Defeats Larry King... AGAIN

The following is not about what your beliefs and positions are. It is about how the American news business deflects information in an effort to promote their agenda. The king of talk Larry King was made to squirm in his seat when Iran president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had some sensitive anti Jewish questions for King. The result was no reply and go to a commercial break.

They did it again with the same results as the king of talk Larry King interviewed Iran's president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad that produced the same results Ahmadinejad won the soft shoe confrontation. With King being a Jew he has an agenda to justify the Israeli's occupation of Palestinian land and killing innocent Palestinian women and children.

When King charges on by trying to justify those atrocities stating that 8 million Jews were murdered the Iranian again said excuse me can I ask you a question. He went on to ask did the Palestinians kill the Jews while knowing full well it was the Germans.

As King became nervous with the question he squirmed in his chair and went to a commercial break. When they returned from the break he failed to respond to that question and then deflected doing so to pursue trying to put the Iranian back on his heels with question pertaining to Iran's intention to use nuclear weapons and what he thought about the intentions of building a mosque at ground zero in New York.

Ahmadinejad said that Israel is the real threat since they possess nuclear weapons and that Arab world countries aren't concerned abut Iran's use of nuclear materials. He went on to say that he has no thoughts about building a mosque in New York that it is none of his business.

What was interesting about the interview was the manner in which CNN (the war channel) chose to edit the interview. They focused on the expressions of Ahmadinejad as he listened to King's questions. After the questions were translated to the Iranian president the camera continued to focus on him thus casting him in a bad light.

In a normal situation when the questions are asked the camera is normally on the questioner. Then the camera is focused on the interviewed individual when they respond with an English translation thus cutting down the time lapse and not trying to make someone look foolish.

Ahmadinejad asked King another sensitive question about Israel and King said they were out of time and failed to answer. After a commercial; break they returned with a CNN talking head Fareed Zakaria to voice his opinions on what Ahmadinejad said. The time would have been better spent answering Ahmadinejad's questions. Apparently King was intimidated by the Iran president's line of questioning and turning the tables with very sensitive subjects for Jews. Once again CNN revealed how pro Israeli and biased that are. King is Jewish and as we all know you don't $#!T where you eat.

CNN FOUNDER TED TURNER'S STORY ON CNBC TITAINS

CNN founder TED TURNER is featured on CNBC TAITANS tonight on CNBC. It covers how the colorful Turner built entertainment and news networks with guts, brains and the balls of an elephant.

STEPHEN HAWKING - Into the Universe

Another interesting upcoming show is Stephen Hawking's Into the Universe on the Discovery Channel. Recently Hawking drew some attention with his views that God didn't create man, man created God which blows the hell out of the Israeli's and Afrikaner's belief that the land they occupy is theirs because it says so in the bible.

What are his views on the universe... tune in or miss out. Part 2 of the program airs this Sunday September 26 at 8 PM in the Thailand/Cambodia time zone and 9 PM in the Singapore/Honk Kong time zone. Check your local listings for the time in your Pacific Rim area.

Part 1 covered the black hole and that nothing can exceed the speed of light. The closer you approach the speed of light a hundred years of time would become a few days. What will be covered this week? Tune in or miss out.

The Australia Network Shuffle

It's not the Hollywood shuffle it the Australian version. In our last column we praised the program Dateline televised on the Australia Network. Last week it disappeared without explanation. In its place was another program which was a poor exchange thus we turned off the channel seeking something that is intelligent and food for the brain. Ahhh... we have nothing against Australian football mind you.

Also missing in action was the Friday 1 PM edition of Locked Up Abroad on NAT GEO. What once was a dependable channel for consistent scheduling has gone bad.

We inquired and received the following response from the network. Please note: our schedule is subject to change and the most up to date details can be found on our website at http://australianetwork.com/guide/schedule.htm.

Online you can set your location preferences to see program broadcast times for your time zone. A printable version of our weekly or daily TV schedule is also available from the website.

All of that is well and good the problem was the link didn't work. We then tried http://australianetwork.com and then went to schedule. The best feature about the site is one can find the air time in their specific country.

Tonight Sunday, 26 September they will air The Assassination of Abraham Lincoln. On April 14, 1865 the sun set on a nation celebrating the end of the Civil War, but dawn broke with grim news, President Lincoln was dead.

Another interesting program the network is currently televising is The Future Express - 9:00 PM - Tuesday, 21 September 2010. in the Thailand/Cambodia time zones. A repeat it televised at noon the following day (Wednesday).

The series interviews passengers on trains who talk about their country and customs. The production style is interesting as only the passenger is heard as the questions are not included in the piece. The show travels the world and visits more than 26 countries on six continents. Last week they traveled through Chile. In two cases they got off the train to visit the family with the passenger. Upcoming show will visit Russia and Australia.

In Russia, The Future Express travels from St. Petersburg via Moscow, Omsk and Novosibirsk to Khabarovsk in the Far East. A long six-day journey across the Ural Mountains and into Siberia, where there is plenty snow covered tundra to help train passengers people contemplate.

A new era had dawned almost a generation ago, when the Soviet Union ceased to exist. But a resurgent new Russian nationalism has taken its place with many people. Nevertheless, many passengers on the train tell stories of nostalgia and regret about the collapse of the Soviet Union and the old ways. But younger passengers say that these complaints are normal for the old guys and the younger generation is much more optimistic about where Russian is going, although international viewers may well regard a resurgent Russia with some trepidation. Future Express is directed by Rob Hof.
