NR TOP 10 - April, 2015 - MANNY PACQUIAO ROCKS THE NR TOP 10 CHARTS

Manny Pacquiao reigns as the champion of the # 1 & 2 spots on our NEW NR TOP 10 - - How much more can Manny Pacquiao take from Floyd Mayweather's head games as it continues to be one drama after another? Will the Pac Man be focused and angry enough to defeat the Money Monger Mayweather?

Somaly Mam won't go away and remains on the charts. Manny Pacquiao is the big winner with three columns regarding the head games being played by his opponent Floyd 'Money' Mayweather that commands three of the NR TOP 10 spots. THE BIG HITTERS

Sports rule this month in taking four of the NR TOP 10 spots. Manny Pacquiao is responsible for the success as he is the key focus in three of the four sports stories. Pacquiao's opponent in this weeks fight Floyd Mayweather was the driving force as we focused on Mayweather playing head games and trying to annoy and distract the Pac Man.

The most popular story was his playing blood games with Pacquiao as he set up a standard when he wanted the Filipino to take blood tests five years ago when the fight was first proposed resulting in the cancellation of negations. This time Pacquiao requested they both take tests and if one failed they would forfeit $5 million and Mayweather refused.

The American then went into making tickets scarce and his promotion team failed to agree with al the parties involved in the decision making in making the tickets available to the public in an appropriate amount of time. The problem is Mayweather's promotion company is involved in all negations resulting in one head game after another. It all boils down to Mayweather and his management teams playing head games with Pacquiao. Pacquiao's stories regarding his head game plight with Mayweather took positions 1, 2 and 6.

The Apartment Celebrity Edition has been a strong player throughout the month. The column fell from last months 2nd place finish to fourth. In that column we noted a personality problem of a member in the cast on the show which proved to be correct since following our report that American runner-up went ballistic and stormed off the stage cursing and throwing objects around.

The other sports story that made the charts was our column questioning if Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo are compatible teammates which took 8th place. Our comparison was how Bale, Ronaldo and James aren't bonding as well as the Barcelona trio of Messi, Neymar and Louis Suarez.

Wherever Ronaldo goes the storyline is it's all about him as he needs to be the center of attention which helps explain why he created a museum for himself. If it's egos you're looking for he and Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA, have it.

Our Somaly Mam is back in business column blazed on to the charts and holds down the 7th spot. Mam has found new support from more American opportunists to manage her new foundations affairs and collect the money. It's a no brainer that they are not working for free but will be handsomely financially rewarded which is the name of the game. Mam has also received the support of Hollywood actress Susan Sarandon who is most notably known as co-staring in the film Thelma and Louise.

Mam also charted at # 9 as she and her now exposed as a fraud, Somaly Mam Foundation was featured in the anti child sex trade film Red Light. This repeat chart maker is the press release that was published in 2010 that we discovered in our research regarding the Red Light film and Somaly Mam Foundation prior to Cambodia Daily reporter Simon Marks expose story about the fraud which was published in Newsweek Magazine in May 2013.

Our Video Beat column THE VOICE BOMBARDS AMERICAN IDOL's RATINGS was a fast mover up the charts leaping from 7th to 3rd place. Much of the interest is our critical perspective of the show as it is about to finish the season as they are currently down to their final four. Our focus was how the program's popularity and quality has declined over the past few years which is supported by that fact that advertisers have dropped Idol and viewers are fleeing as they prefer The Voice, a show that reflects greater integrity and superior talent that has helped drive their ratings up while Idol's ratings continue to decline.

CNN retains the # 5 spot on the NR TOP 10 ratings. In the column we relate that CNN is the main pro Israel propaganda spreading channel. One of the obvious reasons why is that the channel's boss Jeff Zucker is a Jew with Israeli leanings. We feel that CNN does more to promote violence, wars and conflicts than report on it. As a result we are of the opinion that CNN DEFLECTS ISRAEL'S WAR CRIMES.

ARCHIVES

Two Phnom Penh columns from May 2005 and January 2004 jumped up out of the wood pile. What makes this so interesting is the news of the past year regarding the Somaly Mam SCAM in raising money utilizing sensationalized lies to do so relates to one column report of the filming of the garbage dump children .

Keep in mind Somaly Mam only receives the money after a FOREIGNER GETS INVOLVED and SETS UP THE BUSINESS of how and where donors can send the money to. Mam is merely a tool in the process it is the foreigners benefit the most since they control the money.

In other columns this past year we have noted how this NGO scam business benefits film makers who practice their trade using the child sex angle. In our archive columns we note two Cambodian film events one of which featured a short film showing how garbage dump children survive. Since that time it has been revealed that a foreign individual who supervised saving the children at a dump was abusing them' He has since fled the country.

Cambodia Daily publisher Bernard Krisher and the 2005 TOP 5 Freshie Girl and Boy contestants are also featured.

Related to that column is the film festival event that took place a year earlier when there were big hopes and dreams that never came to fruition.

The purpose was to bring together members of the Cambodian creative community, NGO's, expats and new filmmakers to discuss the Cambodian film industry's rich history - Dr. Raymond Leos Pannasastra University's Dean and Professor, Faculty of Communications and Media Arts conceived the idea for the event. He wanted to show that Cambodia is "More than Po Pot."

As the saying goes... what goes around comes around.

PRESS RELEASES

The NBA took the top Press Release spot with there announcement of the Brooklyn Nets Nets' Brook Lopez and the Golden State , Warriors' Stephen Curry being named Players of the Week. They knocked off last month's leader Kelly Clarkson whose announcement of her latest recordings remained on the charts but slipped to 5th place.

Sling TV Launches on Xbox One locked down 3rd place followed by two business reports. A China report on CPP, NAWAH Strike Agreement Aimed at Iraq Market took 4th place.

The shocker is an OLD press release from August 2014 regarding Ford and DTE Energy working together to build Michigan's largest solar array, the second largest solar carport in the Midwest that notched 3rd place.

SECTIONS MOST VISITED

There are three new entries in this months sections most visited. The Soccer and Features returned while Thailand reemerged after a lengthy absence much of it due to our not publishing new material. Our BEWARE OF THAILAND SONGKRAN story was the motivating factor in this months rise to the charts.

The regular players remain in this category with the NBA retaining the top spot for the third straight month. Boxing was a big mover jumping from 8th to 4th. Much of that movement has to do with several articles we published regarding the upcoming Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather fight.

As they did in real life, the Los Angeles Lakers dropped off the charts as did CNN which like the Lakers is another loser.

AN AMERICAN JOURNALIST'S SIDE of the STORY - When Becker met with journalists in 2012 she related her experience of walking down the pathway entrance to a military commander's office. She noted that each side of the pathway was decorated with human skulls sitting on the top of sticks. It was supposed to be an evil decoration and much to her horror she said the pathway was to an office of an officer with the Lon Nol regime. - So much for the US government making the right moves in who they support.

THE ISRAELI SPAM MAN - CNN and Wolf Blitzer continue to burden the world with their Jew point of views. Their latest episode was a feature titled "Voices of Auschwitz" which depicts the tragic events of the German inflicted Holocaust. The telecast interviewed several survivors of the tragedy. Blitzer and filmmaker Steven Spielberg feel it's their calling to repeatedly bring this event to the attention of the public. What they fail to take into account is other faiths and nations have experienced their own tragedies thus, what makes the Jews plight more special than others who have suffered mass slaughter and genocide?

TRAVEL TIPS - Thailand - Cambodia - BEWARE of THAILAND'S SONGKRAN - April, 2015
During Songkran people roam the streets with containers of water or high powered water guns and powder, or post themselves at the side of roads with a garden hose and drench each other and passersby. Water from the canals is often used. The canals are Bangkok's sewers. The powder thrown combined with the water creates a chalk like film that can cause damage to your belongings. Your watch that MAY BE water proof but is your cell phone, I-Pad, computer or camera?
