AMERICAN IDOL FIRES JUDGE RANDY JACKSON

It's been a rumor for some time that American Idol judge Randy Jackson would be fired and it all came to fruition recently in an announcement by Fox television the network that carries the program in the USA. As usual it was announced in a low key manner that Jackson would be leaving the show to focus on his record label and other business opportunities.

Jackson and host Ryan Seacrest are the only two remaining personalities on the show from its original cast from its inception.

"To put all of the speculation to the rest, after 12 years of judging on `American Idol,' I have decided to leave after this season," he said. "I am very proud of how we forever changed television and the music industry."

Judges Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban are also believed to be terminated as the Idol powers that be (PTB's) are aware of the shows declining popularity verified by the severe drop in the ratings. The television ratings indicate that the TV audience prefers to tune in to The Voice.

As we have previously noted the ghetto, trash talking speak of the Idol judges is a turn off to an intelligent audience. Idol PTB's have stated that they want to focus on returning to appeal to their core audience who we have described as being young, white, who no nothing about music teeny boppers.

The salaries of Carey and Minaj are sand in the Vaseline of the Idol PTB's since Carey is receiving $18 million and Minaj $12 million a year for their services. There is also talk that the PTB's are interested in (gooey pants) Jennifer Lopez returning to the show. If Idol wants credibility this is a bad decision given her over reaction and promotion last season for Phillip Phillips. Decisions should be made on talent only not how wet ones panties are. For her rooting judging she received $15 million a year. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

What the PTB's fail to recognize is that the public is becoming more intelligent than they would like given the outrageous results over the years as to who wins the contest usually being a lesser talent than those that lost. As we stated you can fool some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. Idol's TIME IS UP!

Another report notes that Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe will also be replaced. He and the other idiot producer Ken Warwick should also be let go. Their behavior in the exploitation last season of the dismissed Jermaine Jones was deplorable. Let Lythgoe go on to stroke his massive ego as a judge on his dance show which we won't publicize by mentioning its name.

ALL OF THOSE CURRENTLY INVOLVED WITH THE SHOW SHOULD BE TERMINATED. A CLEAN HOUSE IS NECESSARY. Iovine should be fired given the song he gave Jessica Sanchez to sing in the finals last season which was an abortion and not suited for her voice. It was a SET UP TO FAIL! His TRUMP CARD is he has an agreement with Idol to sign the winner to his record company Interscope.

Last week the elimination of Angie Miller was not as shocking as one would think if you factor in the previous results in recent years particularly last season with Jessica Sanchez losing to a much lesser talented Phillip Philips. Another questionable result was when Adam Lambert lost the contest to Kris Allen. Whatever happened to Allen? Miller doesn't have the best voice of the Top 3 but she is the most marketable MONEY MAKER. She is attractive, young (18) and is a songwriter which translates into the value of her songs publishing rights which the shows creator Simon Fuller and the shows mentor Jimmy Iovine would love to have. Her elimination appears to be an instrument of manipulating interest in the show.

Vying for the title will be 23-year-old R&B vocalist Candice Glover of St. Helena Island, S.C., and 22-year-old country crooner Kree Harrison of Woodville, Texas. It's a black verses white challenge. Both have great voices with Glover having the edge based on superior fullness and range of voice. It is doubtful that she will win.

Though Miller is out of the final the PTB's have positioned her to be in the limelight indicating Fuller has big plans for her and her publishing rights. She is scheduled to appear twice in the finale with one song she is singing with Adam Lambert. The bottom line is this... if its incompetence and BULLSHIT you're looking for it's on American Idol.
