MONEY TALKS and BULL$#!T WALKS

Whoda-thunk-it? Since the US Government abandoned its own citizens in favor of creating an alliance with Israel much has changed. Together they leash out terror around the world for decades of war since their inception following WWII. They interpret their actions as bringing peace and world security.

Israel has been despised by many as money mongers. It's that reputation that has incurred hate towards them as a religion, as they tell it, for centuries. The reason why there is so much hate towards their religion has never been fully explained.

But here's the kicker Miriam Adelson is currently in the process as purchasing a majority interest in the NBA's Dallas Mavericks from Mark Cuban. For many that raises the question who is Miriam Adelson?

Adelson was born Miriam Farbstein in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1945, before the repeal of the Mandate for Palestine. She served mandatory army service as a medical officer at Ness Ziona.

She is the widow of Sheldon Adelson the founder of the owner of the Las Vegas Sands casino/hotel corporation. Following her husband's passing in 2021, she became the heir and is estimated to be the fifth richest woman in America, with a net worth of $32.8 billion, as of November 2023.

She is the richest Israeli in the world, and the 42nd richest person in the world according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, while Forbes places her as the 44th.

Adelson is currently in the process of becoming majority owner of the Dallas Mavericks, after an agreement to buy the team for $3.5 billion from Cuban, who would retain an ownership stake and management of the organization.

According to an SEC filing, the Adelson family is selling almost $2 billion in stock in the Las Vegas Sands Corp., "to fund the purchase subject to customary league approvals. Adelson could be acquiring at least 57% of the NBA team -- based on the $3.5 billion valuation.

The vetting process for new owners in the NBA typically takes at least several weeks, and approval must then be granted by the league's board of governors.

For Cuban it would be a sweet deal since he purchased a majority share in the franchise in 2000 for $285 million.

Cuban's interest in pairing with the Sands Corp. has been public since last December, when he told The Dallas Morning News of a goal to partner with the Nevada company and build a new stadium to replace the Mavericks' aging American Airlines Center. "When we build a new arena, it'll be in the middle of a resort and casino,"

It's the management part that's raises questions. It's pretty much unheard of that after selling a majority interest in a franchise that a minority owner maintains control of the team. It makes sense since Cuban has owned the team since 2000, and knows the ins and outs of the league. In the learning process he has become familiar with the outs and has been fined for his electric behavior and language resulting in financial payments and penalties.

The question is how will Israeli ownership affect the NBA? Will there be an influx of wealthy Israeli's seeking to purchase other franchises around the league? How will an Israeli NBA owner impact the interest in the league from marginalized nations of people of color that oppose Israel's treatment and murder of , as they describe, Arab sand niggers and their babies? Stay tuned…

THIS DAY IN THE NBA

November 28, 1969 The New York Knicks scored six points in the final 16 seconds to defeat the Cincinnati Royals 106-105 to run their winning streak to a then-NBA record of 18 straight games. The Lakers set the current NBA mark of 33 straight wins during the 1971-72 season.

November 28, 1986 The Celtics downed San Antonio 111-96 at Boston Garden, setting an NBA record with their 38th consecutive home victory.
