As America is consumed with their raciest presidential election campaigns the voice of San Francisco 49ers Colin Kaepernick reverberates as his cause and plea for racial just is being picked up by athletes throughout America. The problem is the defiant American police ignore his plea and continue to slaughter unarmed people of color for NO REASON other than they are BLACK

AMERICA'S RACISM WON'T GO AWAY

Prior to San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick's protest some NBA players made their own statement at the ESPY Awards in July when LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade and Chris Paul declared on the stage that enough was enough regarding racial injustice. The four superstar players set the tone of speaking out and rebelling against the unwarranted attacks and murders by police on people of color.

Their unity and protest failed to be acknowledged by the mighty whitey justice system as the murders of unarmed back men continued. Their bravery to make such a statement indicates how serious they are about the subject. It raises questions why high profile athletes such as Magic Johnson, who always has something to say about everything, and Kobe Bryant haven't taken a stance and made a statement about the topic.

As the San Francisco 49ers quarterback continues to stand strong in his protest for racial justice it's amazing how much of a mental load and verbal abuse he can take in his mission. For some strange reason since Martin Luther King no black man's voice has been heard as much as Kaepernick's.

The 29-year-old has been in the NFL for six years having had major success since he took over the teams starting QB job from Alex Smith in the middle of the 2012 season due to an injury to Smith.

Due to his achievements he became the full-time starter as the 49ers advanced to the NFL playoffs for the second straight season. He set an NFL record for most rushing yards (181) by a quarterback in a game (playoffs or regular season) in his first playoff game. After beating the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Championship 28-24, he led the 49ers to their first Super Bowl since 1994, where they lost to the Baltimore Ravens.

After three successful seasons, as he threw 50 of his career 56 career touchdowns, Kaepernick suffered a shoulder injury and his QB position was taken over by Blaine Gabbert who held the spot going into this season.

Kaepernick's protest first came about during this 2016 preseason when Kaepernick began his quest for social justice. Before a preseason game against the Green Bay Packers on August 26, 2016, Kaepernick refused to stand during the playing of the national anthem.

During a post-game interview he was asked why he sat down and stated, "I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color. To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder."

Since his protest began the 70% Zionist owned main stream media was vilifying him. At present CNN is ignoring him as well as not reporting two more unarmed black men's deaths by police in Sacramento and El Cajon, California.

Police in Santa Clara, California where the 49ers play their home games threatened not to police that game sand protect fans in the police's defiance of Kaepernick.

There was a backlash as the 49ers management released a statement which said, "The national anthem is and always will be a special part of the pre-game ceremony. It is an opportunity to honor our country and reflect on the great liberties we are afforded as its citizens. In respecting such American principles as freedom of religion and freedom of expression, we recognize the right of an individual to choose and participate, or not, in our celebration of the national anthem."

Given that there were no further reports regarding the police stating that they would not work to protect fans at 49er games it appears that they have reversed their outlandish position.

There was a change of pace when in the 49ers' final 2016 preseason game on September 1, 2016, Kaepernick opted to kneel during the U.S. national anthem rather than sit as he did in their previous games.

He explained his decision to switch was an attempt to show more respect to former and current U.S. military members while still protesting the anthem after having a conversation with former NFL player and U.S. military veteran Nate Boyer.

Support also comes from some surprising sources. A number of U.S. military veterans voiced support using the social media hashtag "veterans for Kaepernick".

In the following weeks, Kaepernick's jersey became the top-selling jersey on the NFL's official shop website.

Kaepernick has also received public backlash for his protest. A few NFL fans posted videos of them burning Kaepernick jerseys. Former NFL MVP Boomer Esiason called Kaepernick's actions "an embarrassment" while an anonymous NFL executive called Kaepernick "a traitor".

The athlete's life has been threatened and he was booed in his first start in a game this year yesterday in what could be recognized as a racist reaction and the root cause of the problem he's protesting.

The reason given by his coach Chip Kelly for not playing the $14.5 million a year athlete was he was concerned about the player's health while pointing out that Kaepernick weighed only 215 pounds well below his regular playing weight of 230 pounds for his height of 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m). Kelly preferred that Kaepernick weigh at least 225 pounds.

After sitting on the bench for the first five games of the season Kaepernick had a decent performance yesterday by completing 13 of 29 passes for 187 yards, including a 53-yard touchdown pass. The 49ers (1-5) couldn't finish drives, settling for three field goals, in losing its fifth straight game 45-16 at the Buffalo Bills whose fans booed the maligned athlete. The fans racist reaction to Kaepernick and his protest is the root cause of the problem he's against.

Fans chanted "USA! USA! USA!" shortly before Kaepernick knelt for the anthem.

"To be honest, I was focused on football so I really wasn't listening to what was going on in the stands," Kaepernick said following the game.

Outside of the stadium a vendor was selling T-shirts against Kaepernick.

That is the back-story regarding the NOW controversial player. His protest has made other athletes and entertainers MORE aware of the racist problem in America and many have joined in support of his effort by not saluting the national anthem that was written by a slave owner Francis Scott Key.

Alicia Keys recently stated that she wasn't aware that one of the verses in America's national anthem had racial overtones until the Kaepernick controversy brought attention to it.

Keys performed the anthem at the Super Bowl and other events throughout her 15-year career, said she gets where the San Francisco 49er quarterback is coming from.

"I understand. I understand," she said seriously in an interview.

Keys, who like Kaepernick is biracial, said that she learned new information about the anthem after the athlete's protest sparked countless articles. A third verse that is rarely sung includes the lines, "No refuge could save the hireling and slave/From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave."

Beyonce Knowles was ridiculed for her 2016 Super Bowl performance by wearing black and making movements that some compared to being related to the 60's black power movement.

During the 1968 Olympics in Mexico United States gold and silver medalist John Carlos and Tommie Smith stood on the winning podium with their fists raised in salute to black power and against social injustice. They were condemned by the media and many Americans as being un-American.

We're talking about 48 years ago and medalist and America's racist beat still goes on. As a result of the continued murders of unarmed black men athletes from all sports have been joining together in support of his protest.

The entire Seattle Seahawks team has embraced Kaepernick's cause and when the anthem is played they lock their arms together.

Other players throughout sports are also supporting Kaepernick by kneeling when the anthem is played or raising their arms in the air with a fist like Tommie Smith and John Carlos.

Smith and Carlos were ridiculed by the American public and labeled as being un-American. That position speaks volumes. It infers that to be a TRUE American YOU MUST BE A RACIST.
