RAMO isn't RAMBO - Mourinho can win this war and perhaps go elsewhere to ply his trade and attain better results and more respect.

MOURINHO MUST GO 2 B ENGLAND MANAGER - ALLARDYCE FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST?

It's that time again when EPL clubs make the decision who will stay and who will go regarding their managers. At the end of the season the votes are tallied and losers usually walk and winners talk but this season things are a bit different.

The shocker came when Bolton manager Sam Allardyce announced he was leaving the club with the side holding the fifth position in the EPL standings with only two games to play and only two points ahead of Reading who were in the eighth spot with a game in hand.

So winning isn't everything, as Allardyce has done well in his eight seasons with his Bolton Wanderers. His departure with two games remaining raises the question WHY? Being in such a tight race to earn a position in the top seven and European play on the line defies logic.

Yea, yea, sure, sure everyone is smiling and saying nice things about it was the right time and how much Sam meant to the team but that just doesn't seem to make sense. Ther are some that believe NO SENSE IS NONSENSE.

The talk or rumor according to big Sam is that he is headed to Manchester City. The feeling is that he has done all that he can do for Bolton a club that he built by acquiring solid players for bargain prices and that he is worthy of being in charge of a bigger club. Some pundits say that Allardyce would like to become the coach of a national side. He was mentioned in the last England search but passed over.

While wading through the coaching muddle there is Man City's Stuart Pearce raising ire by taking the position to coach England's under 21 side and not paying enough attention to Man City as they struggle in the EPL.

Then there's the situation between one of the most brilliant coaches of his time Jose Mourinho and his Chelsea owner Roman AbRAMOvich.

His players and many EPL coaches praise Mourinho. He backs up his talk with results (aka wins). RAMO isn't RAMBO and we are of the opinion that Mourinho can win this war and perhaps go elsewhere to ply his trade and attain better results and more respect.

And where could that be? Well England's national team of course.

What's that you say??? SAY WHAT!!!

Why not? Does England need to be so nationalistic that they can only hire an Englishman? England needs a manager that knows how to win and who has proved that better in England other than Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger and you know what…. They're not English either.

Mourinho is considered to be one of the best coaches in Europe, having won four consecutive league titles (two at Porto and two at Chelsea) and also the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Cup with Porto. For two consecutive years (2004 and 2005), Mourinho was named the world's best football coach by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).

Mourinho has publicly stated that he wishes to run the Portuguese national team at some point in his career. At the match that gave him his second title with Chelsea, Mourinho wore a Portugal scarf and at the press conference said: "It means I am Portuguese. I wouldn't put on the scarf of another country. I can smell, feel in my country, there are still a few rats waiting to celebrate my mistakes. But when I think of the other 10.5 million Portuguese working all over the world I know what I mean to them. I know they are proud of what I am doing."

The operative words here are: "what I mean to them" and "they are proud of what I am doing."

Blood or not people change their mind and RESPECT is the bottom line of his statements. Blend respect with MONEY and that can go a long way. The bottom line is he is the right man for the job.

Wnaderly Luxemburgo center refused to speak English at a post game press conference

Knowing the players on the England national side is important and speaking English and wanting to communicate is vastly important. Agree or not? When England last searched for a coach an ESPN (Singapore) football analyst suggested then Real Madrid manager Wanderly Luxemburgo. I almost feel off my chair.

How ridiculous was my thought. I was there when at a post game press conference in Bangkok after Brazil slaughtered the Thai national side 7-1 that Luxemburgo refused to answer a question in English. He felt that his speaking Portuguese to his Brazilian media and then being translated in Thai was enough.

The AP (Associated Press) reporter politely requested a second time for only one question to be answered but the Brazilian denied him.

The point being the job needs to go to a person that can coach and is familiar with the English players as well as having a good attitude about speaking ENGLISH.

Mourinho is mentally equipped to speak English as he is often seen making witty remarks to the English media. It seems he enjoys the language.

Think abut it. How many players on the England national side play for Mourinho at Chelsea? How many of the England national team players ply their trade in the EPL in which Mourinho must observe their abilities to defend against? Do you think he knows the England players?

Contracts? You say contracts? What's the saying? Contracts are made to be broken. Or.... they can be bought out.

Why should Mourinho put pressure on himself and be with a club where the owner doesn't appreciate his talents.

Ego's or not Mourinho must go 2 B the England national coach. WHO IS A BETTER FIT?

One can tough it out but the battle between RAMO's and Mourinho's egos and their difference of opinion will not get better.

You can repair what you see on the surface but it's the feeling inside that counts.

The bottom line is what's most important thing... hiring and Englishman or WINNING. Go figure

LISTEN UP ENGLISHMEN…. ASK NOT WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR COUNTRY… BUT WHAT... JOSE MOURINHO CAN DO FOR YOU.
