4 GIVE THEM LORD 4 THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO

Ohhh Pleaseee!!! CNN continues to get it wrong and make an outrageous selection of who is to replace Larry King. Please sit down and prepare yourself for the shock. They've chosen the arrogant Englishman Piers Morgan. You can envision guests salivating in hopes they can be guests for the snobby one to insult and ridicule. He will replace King in January 2011 in King's time slot.

The 45-year-old Morgan is a former editor of the tabloid newspapers the News of the World (1994-1995) and the Daily Mirror (1995-2004). He is editorial director of First News, a national newspaper for children.

Morgan began his television career mainly as a presenter, but has become best known as a judge or contestant in reality television programs. In the UK, he is a judge on Britain's Got Talent alongside Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell the worlds most notable arrogant Englishman. Morgan is best-known in the United States as a judge on the show America's Got Talent, and as the winner of The Celebrity Apprentice. Morgan has authored eight books including three volumes of his memoirs.

That's the bad news. The good news is that those of us who prefer not to see guests being ripped apart by an arrogant TV host will now have five extra hours a week to devote to more positive endeavors.

YO!!! AMAZING RACE ASIA CELEBS IT UP

Don't forget the Amazing Race Asia # 4 will premiere September 23. After a year of scouting contestants for the new Amazing Race Asia series 4 they have come up with a repeat formula largely consisting of glamorous high profile (in their region) types. The majority of the contestants are involved in the entertainment and sports businesses. In one sense it can be a good thing since they are known and can help ratings in their respective countries to view ARA # 4. Full story coming...

MURDERS IN THE NAME OF GOD

News magazine shows are usually worth watching since they impart points of view not frequently seen on regular news telecasts. More time equates to more information. This week there were some eye openers with GOD being the centerpiece for crimes and murder. It makes one wonder if that is what he supposedly died on the cross for. His name has been frequently used as the reason why people murder people. It makes one wonder is that the way GOD planned it?

Now given the information on Foreign Correspondents report Collision Course that was telecast on the Australia Network regarding the Gaza Flotilla blockade/raid by Israeli forces it reveals on the spot coverage of the event as the media were on board a Turkish ship with the peace activists from the time it departed from a Turkish port. It was a designed plan to expose the unfairness employed by the Israeli military in their blockade of Gaza.

The ABC website described the program as follows:

Collision Course is the most detailed and revealing investigation of the ill fated voyage so far assembled. It sheds a great deal more light on this murky incident. From the BBC's highly regarded Panorama team, the program features never-before-seen video from on-board the Mavi Marmara, goes inside Israel's hitherto covert navy teams and hears accounts - never before heard - from those on-board the Mavi Marmara as well as from key Israeli commandos who stormed the vessel.

We learn a great deal more about IHH - the Turkish humanitarian group that organized the voyage - and a lot more about Israel's preparedness and intelligence.
