THE VOICE IS ON!!!!

Shakira and Usher return as judges to THE VOICE 6 in its Asian premiere tonight and every Sunday on the AXN channel. The region receives the show on a week delay basis as it has been televised this past week in America.

After four seasons as a coach without a win Cee Lo Green has stated that he doesn't intend to return to the show preferring to focus on pursuing his career.

Changes for this season include Blake Shelton's wife, Miranda Lambert, is confirmed to be Team Shakira's advisor. The Band Perry is confirmed to be Team Blake's advisors. Jill Scott is confirmed to be Team Usher's advisor. Finally, Aloe Blacc is confirmed as Team Adam's advisor.

The 86th Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) will air tonight (Sunday) in America and due the advance time difference Monday morning in the Asian region. Former American Idol judge Ellen DeGeneres will host the show for the second time. She previously hosted the 79th ceremony in 2007.

PIERS MORGAN TO BE CANCELED

Three years after Piers Morgan took over for Larry King CNN finally got the message that Morgan is not suitable for American viewing and will cancel the show but a specific date has yet to be selected. Morgan has repeatedly insulted Americans and has been on a rampage about gun ownership in that nation.

The public has grown tired of his rants and have tuned him out resulting in the shows lowest ratings ever. Thursday February 20 Morgan attracted only 364,000 total viewers, according to the Nielsen ratings. He was easily beaten by Fox News' "The Kelly File" (1.9 million) and MSNBC's "Rachel Maddow Show" (925,000).

Morgan continues to be on the air in the East Asian region being televised until a date for his finale is decided believed to be this month. Morgan claims that he is in talks with CNN to do something along the lines of special interviews but nothing specific has been decided.

Prior to the news Morgan was interviewed by British police regarding investigating the illegal interception of telephone voicemails. A police statement said the questioning is linked to phone hacking at Mirror Group Newspapers. The 48-year-old edited The Daily Mirror newspaper between 1995 and 2004.

One issue that has not been resolved deals with Morgan's confirmation that he heard a voicemail left by former Beatle Paul McCartney on the phone of his now ex-wife, Heather Mills.

Morgan's description of the message in a 2006 article for the Daily Mail led some to wonder whether he'd got it through phone hacking. Mills has said there was no way Morgan could have obtained it honestly.

Morgan has boasted on his show when he was in the newspaper business he had an employee spy on the Royal family after he encouraged him to obtain a job as a footman.

One social media comment was: He (Morgan) is a pompous, egotistical and convinced his opinion the only worth discussing. His views seem to conflict with those of most average Americans. If he thinks the U.S. so wrong and backward, he should pack his bags and go back where came from. If he is as wonderful and brilliant as he thinks he is, maybe the Queen will knight him. We, Americans, are not as impressed with aristocratic titles or a British accent as he seems to think.

CNN needs to clean its house of what they currently perceive as top talent. Wolf Blitzer has past his sell by date. He remains with CNN after making BREAKING NEWS sensationalized, CIA insider reports that North Korea was going to send attack missals to the United States, Japan and South Korea at ANY MOMENT. He claimed that he had reporters on the ground for updates. Blitzer has some long MOMENTS as he made his fear tactic report in May 2013. Blitzer ranted on and on about this misleading misinformation on consecutive days for his entire show for over a week.

Being past the age of retirement (65) Blitzer's problem could be a bad case of Alzheimer's. This past year he has made numerous false reports that supposedly came from his insider CIA contacts. Ohhhh pleaseeee

THE WARNER BROTHERS STUDIOS STORY

An interesting documentary on the movie making business is available on Amazon. It was produced by Cass Warner Sperling a member of the Warner family. The film has two titles, "Hollywood Be Thy Name: The Warner Brothers Story" now available at Amazon.com and newly titled, "The Brothers Warner".

For those interested how the film business was created this doc is a must watch as the Warner brothers were Jews that came to America from a part of Poland that had been subjugated to the Russian Empire following the eighteenth-century partitions of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth near present-day Ostroleka, Poland for a better life. They saw a need and had the talent and wisdom to fill it. It was a rags to riches story with some family back stabbing and tragedies throughout their lives.
