GIVE HIM A BREAK!

Really man, what has a person to do in researching the history of Jews without a Jew freaking out and criticizing him? Controversy is not new for the NBA's Kyrie Irving. His stance on not taking ANTI-COVID shots caused him not to be eligible to play in games in some cities that his current team the Brooklyn Nets played in. The team suffered and what was perceived to be an unbeatable BIG 3 group of players including him, James Harden and Kevin Durant never cam to fruition. For whatever reason, most notably the distraction and a lack of team chemistry caused the team to have a pitiful season.

It recently came to light that Irving is being ridiculed for recommending a film that casts a negative light on the Jewish religion. Yes it is a religion not a race.

A headline in Rolling Stone magazine read; Kyrie Irving Boosts Anti-Semitic Movie Peddling 'Jewish Slave Ships' The video is based on a venomously anti-Semitic book which asserts that "many famous high-ranking Jews" have "admitted" to "worship[ing] Satan or Lucifer."

The author of the piece is JON BLISTEIN, apparently a Jew. Let's be clear, there is nothing wrong in an individual researching their interests and finding it interesting enough to recommend to others. There is nothing wrong in practicing the Jewish religion. What is wrong is denying people their right to research whatever they want and not be ridiculed for it.

The anger that is directed at Irving is absurd. He posted on his Twitter account that he supported a movie and book, Hebrews to Negroes, which Blistein characterized as being stuffed with anti-Semitic tropes.

Bleinstein claims the subject matter, "uncovers the true identity of the Children of Israel," while a similar one for the book reads, "Since the European and Arab slave traders stepped foot into Africa, blacks have been told lies about their heritage." Both suggest Hebrews to Negroes espouse ideas in line with more extreme factions of the Black Hebrew Israelites, which have a long history of misogyny, homophobia, xenophobia, Islamophobia, and especially anti-Semitism.

The question is… SO WHAT? What have Jews to be concerned about, the truth or being identified with the black race?

The outburst prompted the Brooklyn Nets to put out a statement; "The Brooklyn Nets strongly condemn and have no tolerance for the promotion of any form of hate speech," the team said in a statement Friday. "We believe that in these situations, our first action must be open, honest dialogue. We thank those, including the ADL (Anti-Defamation League), who have been supportive during this time."

The ADL…? Why should anyone be concerned about the ADL? Why should they have the power to condemn anyone's thoughts or ideas? What do they have they to hide? Why is it when someone comments on Jews they considered it anti-Semitic? This is another case of a squeaky wheel gets the most oil.

Another problem is, who qualifies what is hate and what is not? Why it is a Jew that mostly declares what apparently, they apparently perceive, that it is their license to do so?

If one takes the time to define Semitic they will find it means of one kind. Why is anti of one kind wrong? When blacks are referred to as a niggers, Italians; wops, Irish; micks; Asians; chinks and Hispanics; spics, why doesn't that qualify as being anti-Semitic? Who or what power gave the Jewish religion ownership of the term?

When one factors in that Jews make up only 2% of the world population and 2% of America's population why does the Jewish religion have so much power to dictate what an individual can read, view, think or say?

This what Jews think scenario harkens back to World War II when then US President Franklyn D. Roosevelt was suspicious of then British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. He was concerned about how Churchill and the British government were trying to influence the American government.

It is written and documented that British government Jews were responsible for the invasion and murder of Palestinians and stealing their land. The same is currently happening with their financial contributions to American politicians who have campaigns costing $30 to $80 MILLION for a four to six year job that pays only $180,000 a year. Really… do the math… wake up and smell the coffee.

The US government applies their authority in sanctioning governments in what they perceive as wrongdoing. The irony is that some US states have a law that it is against boycotting products from Israel.

Get real…. Stop the bullshit! we haven't read the book nor seen the video that has caused Irving to have so much attention. We went to the Amazon site selling the video and the cost is $11.99 to rent or $49.99 to purchase.

To his credit Irving stands strong. He made it clear he was not going to "stand down" on what he believed in despite Nets owner Joe Tsai and the NBA both releasing statements condemning his decision.

"I'm not here to argue over a person or a culture or a religion and what they believe," Irving said following a game with the Indiana Pacers. "Nah, this is what's here. It's on a public platform. Did I do anything illegal? Did I hurt anybody? Did I harm anybody? Am I going out and saying that I hate one specific group of people? So out of all of the judgment that people got [on] for me posting, without talking to me.

"I respect what Joe [Tsai] said, but there has a lot to do with not ego or pride of how proud I am to be [of] African heritage, but also to be living as a free Black man here in America, knowing the historical complexities for me to get here."

Is the world losing its mind? The US government sanctions any nation that fails to agree with them or obey their commands and requests. FIFA and the IOC sanction Russian athletes from competing simply because their government got tricked into a war. Athletes are not responsible for their government's actions. That's the analogy of a child being responsible for what their parent do.
