This was is record setting month for changes with our television reviews setting an all time record in notching 9 of our TOP 10 spots - Record producer Phil Spector commanded attention with our review of the HBO special regarding his trail for murder - Our Cambodian Royal Palace and point of view of the Los Angeles Lakers trading practices made the big noise to land in our Archives section

THE VIEW FROM U

March proved to be the biggest shakeup of all time in our NR TOP 10 ratings. Television reviews ruled taking nine of the top 10 positions breaking the old record of seven also held by the Television section. There was a mad rush at the end of the month as all four of our most recent television reviews created a reading frenzy and made the charts. The fastest climber was THE VOICE 4 WITH SHAKIRA & USHER which rocketed up the charts to the # 9 position within 20 hours of being posted.

Our experience and review of famed record producer Phil Spector's murder trail on HBO rocketed up to the # 1 position within 24 hours of release. Given the piece made it to the top spot makes it the most powerful fastest riser. The column is somewhat personal as we had an experience with the now convicted murderer. It was an experience that one never forgets.

After reviewing the HBO supposedly biography it covered only his murder trail in their 90 minute presentation. After viewing the film we came away feeling that justice was done by putting a dangerous criminal behind bars but the motion picture was a disappointment resulting from it's poor production quality but at least that part of Spector's story was told. He was a monster of a producer which is a good thing but a monster in his personal life which was bad.

The four columns that were released within 10 days prior to this column that rushed on to the charts included criticism of former NBA star Dennis Rodman's visit from news media in his own country. Also the relationship between the producers of the Academy Award winning film ARGO Grant Heslov and George Clooney and our assessment of the current season of American Idol which continues to reek a lack of credibility.

Our take on Asia's Next Top model reeled in the 3rd position. What jumped out in this story was the Thai model that eventually won the competition didn't sound Thai nor have a Thai name. She sounded European. We opined that if they are going to have a Top Model show that represents Asian's then have Asians compete. To maximize Asian representation have ONLY ETHNIC ASIANS compete so the world can see what Asia is about through their eyes and not of those that colonized and infected the region with their impregnations and ideas.

MOBITEL'S (Cambodia) AMBUSH is the only non television review column to earn a spot on the charts. It's a story of ethics verses how business is done in Cambodia. Mobitel which uses the brand name Cellcard is an ISP and cell phone connection service. The Cambodia Daily revealed the company obtained the rival bankrupt Mfone companies subscribers despite that Mfone's assets were supposed to be frozen in order to help pay off the companies debt. The subscribers are considered to be the most valuable asset of that company. How Cellcard made the deal defying court rulings remains a mystery.

Our story focused on how Mfone customers were given information that their entire balances and services would be transferred to and honored by Cellcard. The end result was Cellcard didn't honor what the Mfone customer service center staff communicated to their customers. More downside to this transaction is Mfone staff is suing the company for back pay plus one month's salary compensation.

SECTIONS MOST VISITED

This month there were major changes in our sections most visited. The Television section took the number one spot. Newcomers to the charts include the DENNIS RODMAN, Travel and CNN sections. By reviewing the activity in the section Rodman got what he wanted and gained attention for his visit to North Korea and seized the 10th position. His mission was accomplished although he was vilified by the mainstay US media he received millions of dollars of FREE PUBLICITY... the Rodman knows.

CNN jumped into the fray locking up the 9th position. The subject of most interest is how CNN continues to wave the flag for Israel by promoting their cause in airing propaganda and having what are supposed to be analysts. The problem is the analysts are Jewish that have relatives that suffered atrocities at the hands of the Germans and their concentration camps.

If its balance reporting you're looking for you won't find it on CNN. It's safe to say that anyone that has relatives with a history of being abused by the Germans is too bitter to do unbiased reporting on the Middle East problems. CNN's perspective is how everyone is picking on Israel the country that stole Arab land in 1948. The focus is Arab countries are attacking them when in reality Israel is the only country with nuclear weapons and invades and attacks their neighbors.

TOP PRESS RELEASES

Technology set the pace and grabbed the top two spots in the most read press releases. Comcast notched the number one spot with their Internet Essentials Program Connects More Than 150,000 Low-Income families. The second spot went to Mobile Operators to off-Load Mobile Traffic that was revealed at the Mobile World Congress 2013. Big names that made the charts include Jay Z who is taking on a film project and teaming up with Baz Luhrmann on "The Great Gatsby". NFL Legends Dick Butkus and Mike Haynes Lead Charge for Health Screenings.

Our Travel Tips report of Cambodia's Royal Palace has resurfaced with interest from our readers. It's an old column that ironically gained attention following the passing of King Norodom Shianouk. A real oldie titled DIENASTY_PART_2 covered the long rumored trade of EDDIE JONES, a crowd favorite and ELDEN CAMPBELL that were dealt to the Charlotte Hornets for GLEN RICE and JR REID.

The significance of this story is it was picked up and published in the Russian language. The editor of the newspaper said the reason he liked the story was that we were the only publishers to have that perspective. Our stand alone perspective is what puts us over the top of the rest of the competition. We call them like we see them agree or not.
